📊 What is the Pipeline?

The sales pipeline is a visual representation of where your deals are in the sales process. It helps you track progress, forecast revenue, and identify bottlenecks.

🎯 Pipeline Stages

🔵 Lead - New opportunity identified
🟡 Qualified - Confirmed fit and interest
🟠 Proposal - Quote or proposal sent
🟣 Negotiation - Terms being discussed
🟢 Closed Won - Deal completed!
🔴 Closed Lost - Did not proceed

🖱️ Using the Kanban View

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Sales Pipeline
  2. View all deals organized by stage
  3. Drag and drop deals between columns
  4. Click any deal card for details
  5. Use filters to focus on specific deals

🔄 Moving Deals

  • Drag & Drop: Simply drag a deal card to a new column
  • Quick Edit: Click the deal and change the stage dropdown
  • Bulk Update: Select multiple deals and update together
