Email Templates Import Guide

Learn how to import pre-built email templates into your CRM

📥 How to Import

Download the email templates CSV file
Navigate to Dashboard → Campaigns → Email Templates
Click the "Import" button
Select the downloaded CSV file
Review the preview and click "Confirm Import"

📝 CSV Format

The CSV file should contain the following columns:

name,subject,body,category

name: Template name (e.g., "Welcome Email")
subject: Email subject line
body: Email body content (supports variables)
category: Template category (e.g., "Onboarding", "Sales")

🔤 Available Variables

You can use these variables in your email templates:

{{first_name}}

{{last_name}}

{{company_name}}

{{sender_name}}

{{product_name}}

{{quantity}}

{{price}}

{{order_number}}

{{delivery_date}}

💡 Tips

• Keep subject lines under 50 characters for better open rates
• Personalize emails using variables like {{first_name}}
• Test your templates before sending to large lists
• Organize templates by category for easy access
• Update templates regularly based on performance
